Hi! I'm Janet Grech,

founder of GRECH & CO., host of The Biz Diaries Podcast, and a passionate advocate for creativity, sustainability, and intentional living. Born and raised in San Diego, California, I went from running a high school inclusion program supporting children with special needs in the general education setting, to becoming a mom of now four, in the hyggelige Copenhagen region of Denmark.

I've woven my personal journey of resilience and creativity into every venture I pursue, including the children's lifestyle brand GRECH & CO., and now as the host of The Biz Diaries podcast and co-founder of Creative Life Society.

Today, I'm thrilled to extend my passion for empowerment and growth through my latest initiative in personal and professional coaching. Through building GRECH & CO. from the ground up while working a full time job and growing a big family, I have discovered my life’s work is dedicated to supporting individuals—particularly parents and creative entrepreneurs—in crafting lives filled with purpose, balance, and achievement.
